Lance has experience litigating a variety of matters, including commercial, contractual, employment, constitutional, property, and environmental disputes. He also represents local businesses in their formation, operations, and negotiations/transactions.

Lance is from Eunice, Louisiana. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, and his law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
